Thursday, 30. August 2018, 02.00 pm Little Mill festival with coffee and doghnuts at the Hagenmill from the 17. century. The function of the mill is demonstrated by the curator.
07. to 16. September 2018 Doghnut days at Rottenhofhut: Pamper your palate with meat doughnuts, rye doughnuts, cream doughnuts, country doughnuts and vegetarian doughnuts.
Sunday, 16. September 2018, 11.00 am Doghnut day in the heritage museum Gererhof with spicy and sweet doghnut specialities from the Lammertal
21. September to 07. October 2018 Cheese weeks at the Rottenhofhut: At the end of the alpine pasture season, hikers and visitors can indulge themselves with delicious delicacies, most of which are produced directly on the alpine pasture! Do not miss this pleasure.
02. and 16. Dezember 2018, 02.00 pm Idyllic Advent market at Winterstellgut with delicacies from the regional cuisine, cakes, biscuits, mulled wine and punch.

Nine pleasure routes through the city and country of Salzburg

On the Via Culinaria, the culinary route through the province of Salzburg, culinary highlights await you everywhere. There are nine pleasure routes through the Salzburger Land, giving you a comprehensive impression of the region´s typical specialties. Inexpensive, traditional dishes and hearty pastries, typically Austrian-style, will fulfill your culinary expectations.

The Via Culinaria also includes farms from Annaberg-Lungötz. The Winterstellgut, high above the Lammertal, purchases most of the products, which are refined into delicious creations in the house, directly from the region. The Tennengau cheese alpine huts in Annaberg-Lungötz, the Rottenhofhütte in the hiking and skiing area Dachstein-West, Loseggalm / Langfeldhütte at the foot of the Bischofsmütze and the Spießalm in the Lammertal are famous for their excellent home-made cheese specialties.
