There are numerous opportunities to go rafting and canyoning in the Salzburger Land.

Whether in a rubber dinghy through gorges and rapids, or on foot through a picturesque ravine, a unique nature experience is guaranteed.

The hike and bikecentre freeride alpin will organize your outdoor adventure.

Tip: Are you looking for a different type of adrenalin kick? How about trying hydrospeed? Kitted out with a neoprene suit, helmet, flippers and a special board, you'll surf the Lammer downstream.

Enjoy a bird's eye view of the fantastic scenery of the Salzburg mountains. Silently glide over the idyllic landscape and get to know a different side of the Lammertal.

Game, set and match - if you want to play a game of tennis while on holiday, there are two clay courts available in Annaberg-Lungötz. Further information can be obtained from the Tourist Office.

A paradise for horse lovers


Horse riding

Horse lovers and riding enthusiasts will find ideal conditions in the Lammertal. A network of bridle paths spreads over 130 km through the wonderful landscape around Annaberg-Lungötz.

Anything is possible here from riding lessons, trail rides and hacking, to a holiday with your own horse.

Nordic Walking

Nordic walking is primarily concerned with ensuring healthy movement out and about in nature. You can discover the beautiful Lammertal on foot while exercising in a way that is easy on your joints yet strengthens your whole body.

During a two-hour Nordic walking introductory class, which is free-of-charge with the Annaberg guest card, you'll not only learn the correct technique but also have fun learning in a group.

It's off and away every Monday at 11.00 am from WM Sport in Lungötz. Nordic walking poles will be provided.
